Devotional Reflection
The Gospel is a simple story. The Gospel's grace is wonderful. It's hard to understand what the Gospel cost. The Gospel's victory will never end. Christ is at the heart of the Gospel.
Prayer
Thank you, mighty Lord, for Jesus' triumph over death and the empty tomb. Jesus' death atoned for my sin, and His resurrection secures my destiny. Grace and glory are appreciated. May the power of the resurrection inspire me to live each day to the fullest. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
The Gospel of Jesus Christ is what gives us hope, saves us, and gives us a reason to believe. This Gospel is the same as the Gospel that the apostles preached and passed on to the early Christians. We need to be reminded of our simple faith in Jesus and His death, burial, and resurrection because there are so many confusing and contradictory ideas in the world. We need to clear out our hearts of all the ideas and problems that often cause churches to split and friendships to fall apart, and instead listen to the words of the old hymn, "Simply to Thy Cross I cling." Today, let's remember the simple message of Jesus' Gospel and base our lives on it.
Prayer
Dear Almighty and Precious Father, I love You very much. You have expressed Your love and grace to me so powerfully in Jesus, and I cannot express my gratitude enough. I know the basis for my hope and the foundation on which I build my life is the Gospel of Your beloved Son. Thank You for providing me something so basic, sturdy, and definite. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.

Prayer
Thank you, All-Powerful Lord, for the empty tomb and for Jesus' victory over death. In the same way that Jesus' death took away my sin, His resurrection gives me hope for the future. We're grateful for Your grace and glory. May the power of the resurrection guide my life every day. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
