The Gospel is a simple story. The Gospel's grace is wonderful. It's hard to understand what the Gospel cost. The Gospel's victory will never end. Christ is at the heart of the Gospel.

Prayer

Thank you, mighty Lord, for Jesus' triumph over death and the empty tomb. Jesus' death atoned for my sin, and His resurrection secures my destiny. Grace and glory are appreciated. May the power of the resurrection inspire me to live each day to the fullest. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.

How are we saved? What Jesus did for us on behalf of God! Let's promise that nothing will make us stop trusting and depending on that hope, that Gospel that saved us. We can't be saved by any other name, any other Gospel, or any other message (cf. Acts 4:12; Galatians 1:3–9; Colossians 2:16–17). There's nothing else we need to add. No one should ever be able to take anything from it. Let's keep this faith, this trust, in God's grace that Jesus has given us!

Prayer

There is no other God I trust in but You, Father. The story of Your love and grace in Jesus is the only Gospel I believe in. As the ancient song so sweetly expresses it, I beg, dear Father, that I may "never, ever outlast my love for Thee." In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.

Prayer

Thank you, All-Powerful Lord, for the empty tomb and for Jesus' victory over death. In the same way that Jesus' death took away my sin, His resurrection gives me hope for the future. We're grateful for Your grace and glory. May the power of the resurrection guide my life every day. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
