Devotional Reflection
How do we win over people who don't like us so they will follow Jesus? Even though we need skilled people to defend and explain what the Bible says, most of us will win people over by how we live and how we treat them. No matter how much we are criticized or treated badly, our actions must always be Christ-like. If you do less, you're denying other people the chance to see Christ in action.
Prayer
Holy and righteous Father, please forgive me for not being more aware of how I affect other people, especially those who don't know Christ. Please fill me with Your Spirit and give me strength so I can stand up to the criticism and scrutiny that sometimes come my way. Help my life have an effect on other people so they can see that what I believe is true and that the hope I live by is real. In Jesus' precious name I pray. Amen.
