King James Version
What does 1 Samuel 3:19 mean? βPassage Context
Devotional Reflection
Samuel was just a teenager when he began his ministry, yet he was a vital connection between the Judges' and Kings' eras. God was with him the whole time, providing him with strength for his work. As a result, his words became sincere and forceful. Let us hope that God does the same now with those who speak for Him. May God bless His workers for the remainder of their lives and not allow a single thing they say to go unnoticed.
Prayer
God, please provide your devoted servants with the courage they need in order to share your Word with the whole world. Please grant them a period when wickedness will not affect them. Give them love, health, and courage. Please grant them the grace to live a long and fruitful life. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
