Devotional Reflection
God didn't save us just to send us to hell (John 3:17). No, He saved us so we could go home to Him and spend all of eternity in His kind presence. God wants us to be with Him, and salvation is all about getting us there. When our hearts belong to Him, He won't let anything keep us from being with Him. We are all going home to our Father so that "we may live together with Him!
Prayer
Thank you, loving Father, that I have faith in Jesus. I know that my future is with you, even if I die today or before Jesus comes back. This is because my future is tied to Jesus' victory over death. Thank you for giving me a place to live with you as my final destination. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
