Passage Context

12Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

Devotional Reflection

PeaceGratitudeHopeCompassion

Right now, life seems to be hectic and full of things to accomplish. Let us not allow the fact that we are "busy" to prevent us from conducting "business" with our Father. Let us seek out the methods God has given us to serve Him and His people, and then devote our whole heart, soul, mind, and strength to that service.

Prayer

God, thank you for everything that you have done for me. I appreciate the grace you have shown in all of these ways. But, Father, I need your assistance in helping me to more clearly understand how you created me so that I may serve you and increase the importance of serving you in my life on a daily basis. I appreciate how attentive you are to my prayers. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
