Devotional Reflection

LoveJoyPeaceGratitudeHopeCompassionAweContentment

Every believer, young and old, male and female, must be guided and equipped by the Spirit to witness to the grace of God revealed to us through Jesus Christ as people living in the latter days. We must work together regardless of gender, age, or ethnicity if we want the world to know that God sent His Son to redeem it, just as Jesus prayed for us before He died (John 17:20โ€“23).

Prayer

God of all peoples, please tear down the barriers that separate us and make it more difficult for people to learn about your grace. Convict us of our prejudices and selfishness by pouring out your Spirit on us. Then give us your unconditional love, which is greater than anything else. Forgive us and me when our own selfishness and cynicism make it difficult for the world to recognize the Church as a whole proclaiming Jesus as Lord and Savior. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
