Devotional Reflection
There's something special about Jesus' name! The lyrics in the song are accurate. Nobody else is able to protect us from the flawed and broken aspects of our world. Because He entered this world, assumed our flaws, shame, and sin, and triumphed over them, He is our Savior.
Prayer
I thank and praise you, God Most High, in the holy name of Jesus of Nazareth, the Christ, my Lord. Your power has given me the assurance that I will rise from the dead, and your love has provided the sacrifice for my sin. Because of Your Son's willingness to live a lifetime among us, I have a Great High Priest who prays for me and understands my plight. His example demonstrates Your great love for me. Oh God, thank you! I appreciate Your kindness in providing me with such a wonderful Savior. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
