Devotional Reflection
Even in our fast-paced world, people make a lot of promises to God that they don't keep. Let's thank Him, give Him praise, and ask Him for things. But let's also keep in mind that while we need to be persistent in our prayers, our words don't need to be fancy or long; they just need to be sincere.
Prayer
Almighty God, thank you that when I pray, the Holy Spirit prays for me. Thank you that I don't have to pray in perfect English for you to hear me. I'm glad you don't expect me to make big promises. I come to you as your humble servant and your child. I want to live my whole life for you and praise you. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
