Devotional Reflection
Freedom is a great gift as long as you know how to use it well. Being free from the law is such a blessing, but we should share that blessing with each other by being helpful, kind, and caring.
Prayer
Thank you, O Great God of Deliverance, for saving Daniel from the lion's den, David from the sword of Goliath, and Israel from Pharaoh's clutches. But most of all, I thank you, O Great Deliverer, for Jesus' triumph over sin at Calvary and His triumph over death at the empty tomb. I want to thank you in person for giving me my freedom. Help me in using this gift of freedom to serve your children and live for you until that time. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
When used responsibly, freedom is a tremendous gift. We wish to pass on the beauty of not being subject to the law to one another through service, love, and care.
Prayer
Thank you, Great God of Deliverance, for saving Israel from Pharaoh, David from Goliath's sword, and Daniel from the lion's den. But most of all, O Great Deliverer, thank you for Jesus' victory over sin at Calvary and over death at the empty tomb. I want to thank you in person for giving me freedom. Until then, guide me as I use this gift of freedom to serve your children and live for you. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
