Devotional Reflection
We are to be a good-doing people! Take advantage of the opportunities God offers us! Let's search for chances to do good instead of being like people in the world who are trying to get ahead, get back at someone, or get out of sticky circumstances.
Prayer
Father, only You are truly good; but I ask that as I serve You today, this week, and until the day the Savior comes for us in triumph, part of that goodness may be seen in me and in Your Church. Help us to recognize and seek out the opportunities You provide us to be kind to and for other people. In Jesus' mighty name, I pray. Amen.
We are to be a good-doing people. As people who follow Jesus, this is a very important part of who we are. So let's look for the many ways God puts in front of us to help other people. Let's use all of God's gifts to honor Him.
Prayer
Almighty LORD, please give me the eyes and heart to see and care about those around me who need to see Your goodness and grace through my care and compassion. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
