Devotional Reflection
He doesn't waver! Isn't that nice to know? God is always the same, and because of that, He gives good gifts. He made the beautiful world and gave it to us to use. When sin choked off life, God made a promise and fulfilled it through Abraham and the Israelites. When death took us, He gave us Jesus, who was killed and then raised from the dead, to show us that we can triumph over sin and death. No shadows can be seen in that bright light, and we know that light will keep shining.
Prayer
Generous and gracious God Almighty, I appreciate all of Your grace, gifts, love, and promises that You have consistently given to me. I don't have anyone or anything that even comes close to You. In the name of Jesus, I thank You for Your numerous gifts. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
