Devotional Reflection
Jesus is the one who believes the most. For Him, anything is possible. What's that? He wants to use us to do great things, too. In fact, He said that He would do even more through us than He did Himself, since He is now helping us from the Father's side (cf. John 14:12-14). So, isn't it time we stopped talking about what we can't do and started trusting in the One who can? Paul said that God's power at work in us can do "more than we can ask or imagine" (Eph. 3:20–21).
Prayer
Please forgive me, Great Almighty God, Ruler of the Nations, Creator of the Universe, and Lord of Everything. Please forgive my weak and short prayers. Please forgive me for getting into small fights over boring and unimportant things. Please forgive me for being blind to spiritual things. Please let Your Spirit move in me. Please open my eyes so I can see what You want to do through me. Please give me the power I need to be a strong witness in a world that is stuck in darkness. Please give me great ideas for Your Kingdom, and then surprise me by doing much more than I ever thought possible. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
