Devotional Reflection
Moses and Elijah appeared with Jesus on the "Mount of Transfiguration" in front of His closest followers. This was the greatest accolade they could receive as devout Jews. God, on the other hand, wanted people to understand that although Moses and Elijah were significant, only Jesus was His Son. The words of His Son are the most essential source of truth regarding what God desires. If we wish to be refreshed, rejuvenated, and reassembled, we must first listen to and follow Jesus Christ, God's Son and our Lord.
Prayer
Make me hunger for the words of Jesus, Holy Father. As I work to not only comprehend them but also live by them, please assist me. I want to dedicate my life to honoring You, just as He did. Please grant me discernment today as I strive to make wise choices and handle challenging circumstances with integrity, grace, and submission. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
