Devotional Reflection
How do you keep your heart safe? Where we find our heart is where we value the most. So it is an important question. We can value money, power, safety, and good relationships. Jesus tells us that the only way to find real treasure is to let go of the things that most of us think of as our treasures.
Prayer
I ask you, majestic Father, to help me find my treasure in you and to place no other treasures above you out of the abundance of your grace. I want to give you everything I am and have today so that I can live my life to your honor. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
Where is your gold? What are you doing to make sure you are safe in the long run? Why not ensure that your best investments will give you a good return?
Prayer
Abba Father, I know that You are the only real thing that can make me feel safe. Please give me wisdom as I try to use my time, talents, and money to honor You and bring others to You. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
