Devotional Reflection

DoubtShame

What do we discover when we examine how we spend our time and money, what we give the most thought to, and where we work hardest? Is God our motivation? Is He our first love, really?

Prayer

It's difficult not to be able to see your face, O great Lord, but I know that my shortcomings and your holiness make it impossible. Please let your presence be evident in my life as I pursue you with all my heart until the day I meet you face to face in paradise. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen. Loving Shepherd, grant your church the blessing of having capable shepherds that love you and your flock. Give these obedient shepherds a feeling of your affection and delight as they look after your sheep. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
