Prayer

I beseech you, majestic and holy God, to bless and deliver your persecuted church. But Father, I also beg you to pray for my brothers and sisters and me so that, if physical deliverance is not what is on the way, you will find us trustworthy in death before we give in to compromise in life. Please help us overcome our unbelief by boosting our faith. We do believe. Give us the willpower to obey through your Spirit, and pardon us when we err. Most importantly, deliver us faultlessly into your glorious presence. In Jesus, in whom I find my salvation and assurance, I pray this. In Jesus's precious name, I pray. Amen.

But, Father, if bodily deliverance is not on the way, please pray for my brothers and sisters and me, that we may be declared loyal in death before succumbing to compromise in life. Please deepen our faith: we believe, but we need your aid to believe. Allow your Spirit to empower us to be obedient, and forgive us when we fall. Most importantly, transport us without blemish into your lovely presence. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
