Devotional Reflection
I guess the constant presence of God might be a little scary for people who end up in places they shouldn't be. But it gives me a lot of comfort to know that God is always there for me, from the moment I was born until the day I die. He is there to help me and keep me going. Even when I'm somewhere I shouldn't be or doing something I shouldn't, He's still there. I can apologize to Him and receive His grace. When I need help, I can go to Him and get His strength. I know I can turn to Him and not be alone.
Prayer
Father, I appreciate Your love and personal knowledge of me. I appreciate Your assurance that there won't be a day that I am without You. Thank You for the assurance that I will never have to face my sorrows on my own. I'm grateful to You for giving me the strength to keep going when I don't have it in me. Thank You that no matter what occurs during the night, I will be with You when tomorrow morning arrives. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
