Devotional Reflection
Some days are simply difficult! Those we care for are in pain. Our plans are failing to materialize. Our prayers appear to bounce off the ceiling and fall to the ground. We beg God for mercy, sometimes in rage, sometimes in desperation. We require assistance! We require hope! We require a response from the Father.
Prayer
Please come to my aid and bring me relief from my struggles with sin, disease, discouragement, unfaithful friends, and enemies who seek my humiliation and destruction, faithful and righteous God, loving Father. I require your aid. I require your pity. I need to experience your presence and power in my life today, dear Father. In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
