Only one source of hope and one source of importance is reliable. Only One — the LORD God — is eternal! Only our Heavenly Father ensures that our lives are meaningful. So let us put our trust in the LORD and make Him our shelter.

Thank you, LORD, God and Redeemer of our Fathers, Keeper of your many promises, for enabling me to place my hope, future, and purpose in your hands. Give me the courage and assurance that you will not let me down, but will share your righteousness with me on the day I stand in your presence. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
