What may be a parent's better objective? God sends you His children in your church so you may teach them to love, honor, and respect their one and only Heavenly Father, even if you don't have any of your own or if your own children are grown up.

Prayer

Help me, my Father, to educate your children about you, the one real and holy God, and grant me success in my endeavors while I do so. I beg you for assistance and grace in the name of Jesus. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.

Is there a better way to describe the role of a parent than this? Let's make sure that, with all the other things going on in our lives, we don't forget the most important thing God has given us to do for our children as parents, teachers, and friends.

Prayer

O Master, LORD God, my Savior and Provider, please help me keep my mind on Your priorities when it comes to the children in my life. In Jesus' precious name I pray. Amen.
