Wow, after remembering Christ's resurrection, this Psalm of trust in God suddenly has a much more potent tone! God does save us. God does listen to our voice. We can be certain that He hears and acts to bring us salvation. The only question is whether we have faith in God's response when we pray day and night.

Abba Father, I am burdened by things in my own life that require Your grace and strength. Please listen to my voice and heart as I express my concerns. In addition, dear Father, please extend Your loving touch to the following individuals who are dear to me. Thank You for listening and rescuing me. I pray in the name of my Redeemer, Jesus Christ.
