Devotional Reflection

One of the greatest privileges and most significant responsibilities a Christian leader may have is the title of pastor or shepherd in God's household. It is crucial for every one of us to provide for others in a shepherding manner, even though the Bible indicates that only a select few individuals are genuinely qualified to be the shepherds of God's flock (see Acts 20, 1 Timothy 3, and Titus 1). We must ensure that the shepherds we choose have good hearts and a track record of providing for others. And let's cooperate, pray, and carry out ministry while they are in charge.

Prayer

I sincerely ask You, O Great Shepherd, to provide Your Church with outstanding leaders who will care for Your sheep in a trustworthy and godly manner. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
