Devotional Reflection
LoveJoyGratitudeHope
Songs can get us excited or calm us down. Songs can take us back to a special time or make us feel hopeful about the future. Most of the time, we let someone else write the words and music for our songs, and we never take the time to write our own "new song." But why not write a new song of praise and thanks to God today? It doesn't have to be perfect, as long as it comes from the heart and is given to the Father, from whom all joyful songs come.
Prayer
Thank you, Father God, for the gift of music. Please accept my song of gratitude and adoration from a heart that You have delighted. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
