Our God is there from the beginning to the end. What do we have to worry about? What can happen to change this one fact that can't be changed? We belong to the God who is always there, who always cares about us, and who will always work to bring us salvation! No matter what happens to us tomorrow, or the day after that, or the day after that, our fate is in the hands of the God who is everywhere and who gives us eternal life.

Prayer

Father God, thank you for all the good things that happened this year. Help me figure out how to use your gifts in the coming year. Give me hope for your future plans for me and make me happy because you saved me. I thank and praise you for all that has been good, holy, and kind. I ask you to forgive me for everything I've done wrong, failed at, or messed up. And I can't wait for tomorrow, another new day, and another new year, because I know I'll see them or I'll be at home with you, where days and years don't matter anymore. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
