Devotional Reflection
Belonging is one of the most important parts of Christianity. I belong! I belong to God. I am a part of Jesus. I am a part of the Church, which is Jesus' body. I belong there and have a job to do. I belong! People need me! I have a job to do! I belong!
Prayer
Father, please help me to locate my place in the church, the body of Christ, where I belong. I promise to work in a variety of ministries until I find my precise place to serve and use my gifts so that Your Spirit, not just my own preference, will direct me to where You want me to serve. Thank You for providing me with a place where I can serve and be a part of Jesus' physical presence in the world, in addition to having a place to belong. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.

Help me, Father, find the place in Jesus' body, the church, where you made me to fit. I promise to work in many different ministries until I know exactly where to serve and use my gifts, so that your Spirit, not just my own preferences, will lead me to the place you want me to serve.
