Devotional Reflection
God's people and work are constantly under threat. Satan does not stand by and let his empire be taken over by thieves. Ministers on the front lines, however, do not have to battle alone. You can assist them. By praying to God on their behalf, you can "join the fight" for them. Please pray for the protection, strength, and wisdom of the staff at HEARTLIGHT and Verse of the Day. People you know require prayer as well. God's servants and God's work require your prayers more than money, compliments, fame, or success.
Prayer
Please bless, guard, and strengthen these servants who are on my heart right now, Almighty and Sovereign God. Dear God, please deliver your children who are being persecuted and oppressed because they follow Jesus, and grant the LORD's blessings upon the ministries, ministers, and missionaries of your Church. All authority, glory, and honor belong to you, O God. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
