Devotional Reflection
Jesus didn't die for us because He had high hopes for who we are or what we would become. No, He died for us because He knew exactly who we were and what we would become without Him. God be praised! Because Jesus took our sin upon Himself and gave us God's grace and righteousness in its place, we are now God's righteousness (2 Corinthians 5:17-21).
Prayer
Thank you, holy God, for sending my Savior, Jesus. The amount of love and devotion I have for You for such a wonderful gift is beyond words! In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
Christ died for sinners. Christ died on my behalf. Without His death on the cross and God's grace, I have no way to save myself or become good. Jesus did for me what I couldn't do, and He paid off my debt to sin, which I couldn't pay. He did it for me, not because I was good enough to deserve His death, but because I couldn't be good enough without Him.
Prayer
God, I love You. Thank You. Sacrificial Savior, I praise You. I can't thank You enough for Your grace, which cost You so much but means so much to me. All honor, glory, and praise to my Father who sits on the throne and to my Lord Jesus who went to the cross and in whose name I give thanks. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.

Prayer
Holy God, thank you for saving me through Jesus. No words can express how much I love and care about You for giving me such a wonderful gift. Through Him, I say and show You my thanks. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
