When we die as a result of sin, we are only receiving what we deserve from a God who loves us and gave us His most precious gift to save us from sin. But through Jesus Christ, God offers us eternal life without cost. We didn't earn, merit, or request it. God thus gave it to us freely.

Prayer

For loving me when no one else could or would, thank you, God. I appreciate you giving up heaven's most priceless gift so I could join you there. Your gift is the best I've ever received, period. In the name of the One whose gift gave me life, I offer this praise! In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.

If we get paid what we deserve, we're not going to like our wages. On the other hand, God is full of mercy and grace, and He gives us His gift not because of what we deserve but because of what Jesus did for us. I don't know about you, but that makes me want to serve Him with even more passion and devotion!

Prayer

Holy and perfect in every way, you are a glorious and kind Father. I am grateful that your sacrificial grace bridges the big gap between your righteousness and mine. Thank you for giving me life that will never end. May my life on earth be holy and make you happy. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.

Our sin earns us death. God's grace provides us life. The difference between these two extremes? The Cross of Christ, which bridges the gap of our sin and delivers us to the kindness, forgiveness, and redemption of God!

Prayer

Holy Father, I thank You that Jesus saved me. Lord Jesus, I'm grateful that You paid for my sins. Thank You, Holy Spirit, for making me clean and a holy place for God to live. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.

Sin is disobedience against a God who loves us and gave us His most valuable gift to save us from sin. When we die because of sin, we are only getting what we deserve. But God gives us eternal life for free through Jesus Christ. We didn't deserve it, earn it, or ask for it. Yet God gave it to us for free.

Prayer

God, I'm grateful that You loved me when no one else could or would. Thank You for giving up the most valuable thing in heaven so that I could go to heaven with You. Your gift is the best one I've ever been given. I give this praise to the One whose gift gave me life. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
