King James Version
What does Romans 8:32 mean? βPassage Context
Devotional Reflection
If God gave up His Son to save us, what wouldn't He give up to bless us and keep us? Paul's point in 1 Corinthians 6:19β20 is that we have been bought with a price so that we will be more holy. Here, he says the same thing, but he does it to reassure us. It's amazing how the truth of God's grace can be a blessing in so many ways.
Prayer
I'm in awe of your selfless love that was demonstrated to me in Jesus, Almighty God. Let this Comforter strengthen my confidence in your salvation and in your desire to shower me with your numerous blessings as you stir me to service in response to your grace. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
We know that God paid a great price for Jesus to save us and forgive us. If He went to so much trouble to secure our forgiveness, what good, right, or holy thing will He deny us? So, if God says "No" to our prayers, it is for our own good and for the eternal good of the people we've prayed for. His goal is to help, not hurt. His goal is to save and assist. His goal is to make things work out for our good in the end (cf. Rom. 8:28) as He changes us to be more like His beloved Son (Rom. 8:29).
Prayer
Dear Father, I confess that I am sometimes impatient and frustrated when my prayers do not seem to obtain the response I seek. Please soothe and quiet my questioning heart. Please remind my spirit of Your bountiful grace. Bring Your peace and confidence through the ministry of Your Holy Spirit to my human spirit. I do believe that You desire to bring me Your blessing and grace. Therefore, while I may not always understand the difficult things that happen in my life, I do trust that You are at work to make them all work for my benefit and Your glory. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.

Prayer
Almighty God, I can't believe how much You love me, that You sent Jesus to die for me. Father, please use Your Spirit to move me to serve because of Your grace. Let this Comforter strengthen my faith in Your salvation and in Your desire to give me Your many blessings. In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
