Devotional Reflection
We fear being apart from someone, whether it's a child, parent, sibling, spouse, friend, or even God. By becoming a person and going to the cross, Jesus had to go through being separated from God. Because of what Jesus did, we know that we will never be cut off from God's love. He went through the separation so we'd never have to worry about it.
Prayer
Thank you, Great Father of all people, for loving me. I appreciate You telling me that nothing can keep me from Your love. Make me more conscious of Your presence alongside me in my life. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
Nothing could stop Jesus from coming to save you—not the distance between heaven and earth, not the trouble of an unplanned pregnancy, not a city full of travelers and parents tired from a long journey, not a crazy king who wanted to kill Him, not jeering crowds shouting "Crucify Him," not disciples who left Him, not soldiers who made fun of Him, not a whip that tore His flesh, and not a cross that killed Him. So, why do you think He would give up on you or let you go after His love has won your heart?
Prayer
Abba Father, please help me know Your love better. Give me the strength to overcome the doubts that Satan has tried to plant in my heart. Bless me with Your gracious power and turn me from a weak person into someone useful for You. Keep my eyes on the Lord, in whose hands neither the waves nor my own doubts can take me down. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.

Prayer
Great Father of everyone, I'm glad You love me. Thank You for telling me that nothing can keep us from loving each other. Make me more aware of how You're always there with me. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
