Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.
Are people's lives ruined due to lack of love from God? Does God's callousness and carelessness makes people fall into ruin and live in misery?
NO!
People, even God's people, are destroyed due to a lack of knowledge.
What is the knowledge?
The knowledge is available in the Bible, i.e., how to walk in faith,how to overcome difficulties, how to get prayers responed, and how to fight with the devil, and so on.
Our problems are not God's fault. We must get ourselves prepared for what God has given us.
If we are unaware of God's abundant provision, how can we take use of it? Therefore, we ought to both educate ourselves about God and seek for coaching by others as well.
All of us have much to learn. All of us have not yet walking in the absolute fullness provided by God.
One of the saddest verses in the Bible must be this one. To realize that ignorance is simply the reason why God's people are destroyed.
They are God's children, they are our brothers and sisters. We should take action for whatever we can to get it stopped.
Let's stop encouraging the devil by not knowing God's Word. Let's share what we learn and understand from God's Word with others, so that they can walk in freedom and success as well.
