PHILIPPIANS 4:19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
God can supply for you through any channel or method, but He is the true origin of all good things.
God's intention for humanity is that we work. God will therefore typically take care of us by giving us a decent work, excellent health, and the capacity to perform that job.
God, however, is not only capable of supporting you financially through a work. God remains your Source, and He will still take care of you if you lose your work.
God can and will still take care of you even if you start to lose your health. If you let Him, He will also heal you.
Friends and family can bring you blessings from God, yet they are not your source. God won't let you down or leave you even if they do.
PSALM 27:10 When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take me up.
HEBREWS 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
For everything good that has ever occurred to you, God deserves praise and gratitude. He had it covered. It was generated by God.
Was it the affection of a mother? She was given that love by God for you.
Was it a spouse's love? That love was made by God.
Every positive aspect of life is a result of God. No matter how good things seem to come to us, we should give thanks to God for them all.
So, don't lose focus of God. No matter how a blessing comes to you, thank God for it because He is the source of all blessings.
SAY THIS: My source is God.
