LUKE 8:11 Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.
A seed is strong.
A seed will push up dirt, rocks, etc. as it grows. Whatever the challenges are, the Word of God that has been ingrained in your heart will remove them.
A seed grows covertly at first (underground).
Digging up the seed or watching for a plant to emerge are the only ways to determine whether a seed is sprouting. A seed might be destroyed if you dig it up.
It takes time for a seed to grow.
Nobody anticipates a seed to bear fruit the same day it is sown.
The Bible's teachings occasionally seem to grow and produce results right away. But if we understood the specifics, we would realize that over time, the fruit of the Word increased in that person's life.
A seed is tenacious.
A seed is persistent and operates nonstop. The seed you planted is trying to grow and manifest itself in a fruitful harvest even while you are asleep.
Other seeds have no impact on a seed.
Each seed is devoted to its particular mission. In a field of corn, one wheat seed will still grow into wheat. Even when other seeds are lost, the seed does not lose heart or give up.
If a seed is not fed, it will stop growing.
A seed cannot be planted in order to guarantee a yield. Until harvest, seed must be guarded and cared for. A seed won't grow if it's pulled up or not watered.
A greater harvest results from planting more seeds.
2 CORINTHIANS 9:6 But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.
Consider these seeds-related truths. Apply them to the function of God's Word in your life with the aid of the Holy Spirit.
SAY THIS: The most crucial seed is God's Word. I'll work hard to plant it in my life so that I can live a life that brings glory to God.
