ROMANS 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
Many people want to change something in their lives. Yet how?
You must transform your thoughts before you can transform your behavior. Because you perform as the person you believe yourself to be.
You will have to concentrate on various information if you want to transform your way of thinking.
Our behaviors are a result of our beliefs. So beliefs must be adjusted in order to influence behavior permanently.
Why do people act in the ways they do? O wing to what they hold to.
To get what they believe they desire, people always acts in a way that they think is best for them at the time. Always!
Except under severe stress, people rarely act against their principles. H owever, even if you are pushed to do something contrary to your will, you will only comply if it looks to be the best thing for your action in the given situation.
When your faiths change, so will the way you speak and behave. Not changing your faiths firstly, any attempt to modify your behavior will fail since your actions are guided by your faiths.
For instance, altering your behavior would need you to believe that God loves you rather than is angry with you. If you think God loves you, you'll pray to him for assistance. However, if you think God is angry with you, you might be reluctant to ask for His assistance.
In reality, our beliefs are often founded on unreliable and inadequate information. But our actions are always influenced by our beliefs.
