PSALM 119:89 For ever, O Lord, thy word is settled in heaven.
Heaven is not frantically striving to determine what God's will is. His Word is established in Heaven.
Before the Bible was recorded, God undoubtedly had ample time to modify His mind. He will uphold and ensure the fulfillment of His Word now that He has spoken it.
MARK 13:31 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.
ISAIAH 40:8 The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.
1 PETER 1:23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
JOHN 17:17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.
Heaven has already decided the matter.
You should now accept the truth of God's Word.
God was clear in what He said and what He intended.
SAY THIS: I will not doubt what God has said because He speaks the truth.
