An agent of the devil's army is a demon. All Christians have the power to drive out demons in the name of Jesus, so anyone can do it.
PHILIPPIANS 2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
Every knee must bow in obedience when using the Name of Jesus, which is given to all Christians.
Demons work by using dread. But since Jesus is on your side, you need not be frightened. Therefore, when you urge demons to depart in Jesus' name, they have to follow.
Don't restrict this to casting out spirits from "demon-possessed" individuals. Use your power in Christ to cast the demons out in the name of Jesus if you are experiencing evil activity in any part of your life that impacts you. Order them to stop all those actions working against you.
How can you tell if anything is evil? It is unquestionably not from God if it robs, murders, or ruins.
JAMES 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
EPHESIANS 4:27 Neither give place to the devil.
It is clear that you can do this because the Bible commands you to resist the devil and not leave any room to him. If the demon or his followers are present in your life, it indicates that you are giving it permission.
SAY THIS: In the name of Jesus, I can drive out devils.
