ISAIAH 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
Jesus paid the price for your prosperity via His death on Calvary.
(In the verse above, "shalom" is the word translated as peace. It refers to complete well-being, which includes monetary prosperity and what is visible to others as well as inner tranquility.)
Through Jesus' death, what Adam lost due to the Fall was recovered for all of humanity (1 Corinthians 15:21-22, Romans 5:15- 19). Jesus accepted the penalty required for our ultimate serenity and happiness.
God provided all that He has in Jesus for us (Romans 8:32). God is not being unfair to us. He generously provided us with all we could want (1 Timothy 6:17).
All of Abraham's benefits are now available to everyone via Christ Jesus (Galatians 3:14). These gifts include peace and harmony with God, plenty of wealth, and long life (Genesis 13:2, Genesis 25:8). Due to his faith in God, Abraham was able to experience all of these blessings.
However, just as the children of Israel had to deliberately drive the giants out of their promised country—a land that God claimed He had given them—so too must we actively take possession of our inheritance in Christ Jesus. The promises of God must be actively accepted by faith.
God claimed that what we have is ours, and we have it—not by killing or robbing those who already own it, but by blessing them. In turn, we succeed via God's blessing as we bless others by, for example, offering first-rate goods and services. We feel blessed when we assist others.
We take action when we believe something. If we feel that success is our right, we won't let the devil take it away. Because the adversary uses doubt and unbelief as instruments to take from us, we must fight against them.
SAY THIS: Jesus bought my prosperity at a price.
