GALATIANS 6:6-7 Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things. Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
You will receive more of what you award or encourage, according to a law of human behavior. Less individuals will teach the Bible if those who do so are not motivated. This is not what God wants to do!
We must help teachers if we want to keep learning. Otherwise, without help, there won't be any teachers. Who will then be left to educate us?
1 CORINTHIANS 9:11-14 If we have sown unto you spiritual things, is it a great thing if we shall reap your carnal things? If others be partakers of this power over you, are not we rather? Nevertheless we have not used this power; but suffer all things, lest we should hinder the gospel of Christ. Do ye not know that they which minister about holy things live of the things of the temple? and they which wait at the altar are partakers with the altar? Even so hath the Lord ordained that they which preach the gospel should live of the gospel.
God intends for us to help those who spread His Gospel. This will guarantee a sufficient number of individuals willing to keep educating you and others about the things of God. How much is that worth to you?
