PHILIPPIANS 3:13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
The first day of the remainder of your life IS today. It will be whatever God and you decide it to be.
Your destiny is not necessary to be determined by your past. You can start over. With God, you can truly start over.
God can forgive your history and assist you in forgiving yourself. However, God has the most power to transform you. He has the ability to mold you into the person you believe you can be.
2 CORINTHIANS 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
You must IMPLEMENT changes if you want your existence to change.
The secret is found in God's Word if you truly want change. You should spend a lot of time with the Bible. The quality of your existence depends on what you put into it.
ACTS 20:32 And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.
The Word of God will strengthen you. Jesus promised that if you stay with it, it will set you free (John 8:31-32).
And prayer is important. Communication with God through prayer. To avoid becoming stale, communication is essential in every partnership.
So, make God a part of your daily activities.
JOHN 14:16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
Better times may be ahead. Your decision is yours. Your destiny will be brilliant if you invite and involve God in it.
