ROMANS 5:6 For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.
Jesus Christ came to earth to rescue sinners, not saints, who were ungodly.
ROMANS 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
By His death, Jesus already made the necessary payment for the redemption of all sins.
EPHESIANS 1:7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
The devil tries to convince people that because of their sins, God doesn't really love them. But the opposite is actually true.
1 TIMOTHY 1:15 This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.
God does not hate sinners, but He does oppose sin because it hurts people.
God would never support a human being if He could not or would not support a sinner. Since we have all fallen short of perfection, we all require a Savior.
HEBREWS 9:26 For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.
All sin was sufficiently redeemed for by Jesus' death. You've been forgiven. Please embrace your forgiveness. Stop following your own agenda and start walking with God.
SAY THIS: Jesus sacrificed because He loved both sinners and me.
