JOHN 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
Jesus never assured us that life would be flawless for us. He knew we were going to have problems. But He commanded us to be cheerful and not let anything bring us down.
It will be beneficial for us to keep the big picture in mind while we face challenges in life. God is our Father and has a magnificent eternal purpose for us, first and foremost. He loves us because we are His offspring.
Second, this life is just a training ground for our life with God in the future. We should be developing our faith in and submission to God.
As a result, every challenge we encounter offers us the chance to follow God and walk in faith. Every challenge presents an opportunity to succeed with God's support. If we never have challenges to overcome, how can we hope to experience the blessings granted to the overcomer?
So, refer to God's Word. Hold on to the pledges. Say them. Si ng them. Utter them loudly. Celebrate them. And praise God for them.
Also, you must become closer to the Lord. It is what He wants, and you ought to want it too. Make it a practice to share everything with Him.
SAY THIS: I can overcome anything because the Lord is with me and Jesus already achieved the victory.
