PHILIPPIANS 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
In the Bible, God frequently says things that contradict how we feel or how something appears to us at the moment.
God is attempting to elevate our level of belief so that we rely solely on Him and not on our feelings.
Some people attempt to sidestep the problem by claiming that a verse is simply applicable to somebody else, such as the Apostle Paul, but not to them.
However, you won't get support if you don't trust. Yet help is attainable. And since the Lord does not prefer any one person over another, that support and empowerment are simply as attainable to you as they were to the Apostle Paul.
Paul didn't claim to be able to do everything simply because he was a missionary. It is "through Christ," not otherwise, that he was able to accomplish his goals. And just as the Apostle Paul was in Christ, so are you as a Christian.
Your decision. Either say with belief that God will help you and that you can do it, or wait for God to lift you up to that level. Alternatively, withdraw in terror and admit you can't do it.
SAY THIS: Through Christ who empowers me, I CAN do everything.
