EPHESIANS 5:1 Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children;
Now you are a provider. God is your Father, and you should treat him as such.
Giving is a sign of both love and faith. Because God's love has been implanted in your spirit, you are not a receiver any longer but a provider as a child of God. (Romans 5:5).
The devil's dominion runs on taking because it is a realm of selfishness. The realm of God functions through giving because it is a kingdom of love.
Real believers of Jesus are famous for their tremendous empathy for others, which is demonstrated by giving. (John 13:35).
The Bible not only advises us to contribute, but also assures us that doing so will result in blessings.
LUKE 6:38 Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.
You may give more than just money. Everything that will benefit somebody, such as tenderness, empathy, or inspiration, is a priceless gift.
The gift that is more precious than money is the word of God's love and redemption that you can share with others.
2 CORINTHIANS 9:6,8 But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:
Giving, according to the Bible, is like sowing a seed; it results in a bigger harvest of provision later on. God will ensure that you receive what you give, ensuring that you have "everything you need and plenty left over to share with others."
Therefore, whatever your requirements, sow the seeds of generosity for tomorrow by giving today!
Due to their abundance, wealthy people are able to give freely without worrying about how they will meet their own needs. You'll be able to freely give when you know that you are wealthy in Christ (2 Corinthians 8:9) and that Paradise is on your side.
You can therefore use what you have been granted to benefit those around you with the support of God's Word.
SAY THIS: I am a giver because I am a child of God and have His love in my spirit.
