2 CORINTHIANS 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
How does God behave?
Before Jesus of Nazareth, the idea of God in human minds was a little hazy. ( For some people who have not realized this fact, it still is).
Jesus, however, perfectly illustrated to us what God seems like. He was and still is the ideal representative of Heaven.
COLOSSIANS 1:15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
HEBREWS 1:3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high:
The preceding verses ought to have made it very crystal that God is alike Jesus. Let's now read a verse that summarizes Jesus' time on earth.
ACTS 10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.
See how Jesus conducted himself by DOING GOOD, not by DOING BAD. H elping them rather than doing them harm. God is just like that.
SAY THIS: God is kind and loves helping people.
