REVELATION 21:7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
You have difficulties. You may battle and question why God doesn't "just do something" at times.
You have a chance to make a good impression on God!
Your supporter and listener is God. When you succeed, he is delighted. Similar to how an earthly parent feels when their kid succeeds.
God still loves you despite your shortcomings. You simply lose the chance to delight Him by failing to succeed. (However, what could be a more noble objective than to delight God?)
"Okay, I want to make God proud. Just how do I "overcome"?"
1 JOHN 5:4-5 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?
Clearly, the only way to overcome is to believe, there is no other way.
REVELATION 12:1 And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:
We succeed because of the salvation brought about by the sacrifice on the cross of our Lord, as well as our agreement with it, stated in words of faith. Simply put: showing our belief in Jesus and what He accomplished.
Another important factor is commitment, even to mortality. No matter the cost, we must be steadfast and determined to completely and ultimately conquer.
God is encouraging you to win! He is confident that you can succeed if He is with you.
SAY THIS: I will conquer because God created me a conqueror
