1 PETER 1:8 Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:
Being a Christian is not meant to be a hardship, but rather a joy. You should take pleasure in your redemption.
Through his lies, our opponent tries to paint a false picture for us.
This does not imply that we will never go through difficulties, but God has promised that even in the midst of difficulty, we can be at rest and rejoice because God stays with us and watching over us.
JOHN 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
God has made preparation for your life to be what it ought to be, and one of those provisions is joy.
ROMANS 14:17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
God's realm is a joyful place. Wherever God is permitted to govern is where His realm is. Therefore, if God is in charge of our lives, we need to be joyful.
If you concentrate on your circumstances, this won't happen. You must note everything that Jesus has accomplished and is now doing.
JOHN 16:24 Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.
We receive the Lord's pleasure through His grace. It's not something we acquire or earn. But it must be accepted by faith, just like anything else we accepted by God's favor.
ROMANS 5:2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
We ought to decide to delight in the Lord rather than let our human emotions and circumstances control us. Then we will feel His joy overflowing out.
We must make the decision to be joyful and let it show through our worship.
JOHN 15:11 These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.
We have received the Bible so that we can experience the joy of the Lord. The purpose of God's Word—the Bible—is to set people free, not prison them (John 8:31-32).
SAY THIS: The Lord is my joy! I'm overjoyed! My life is filled with joy. I stay in joy
