evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: 32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
You could find it difficult to forgive and embrace love as a wounded person. However you can do it because you are God's offspring and He will help you for it.
God forgave you completely. You must now behave like Him by forgiving others because He has planted His love in your mind.
EPHESIANS 5:1-2 Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children; 2 And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.
Walking in love is all about putting other people first. The enemy of walking in heavenly love is selfishness.
COLOSSIANS 3:12-13 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; 13 Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.
Simply pray for the Lord to work in you and transform you if you are experiencing difficulty with this. Tell Him you want help.
SAY THIS: Because the Lord helps me, I can walk in love.
