PHILIPPIANS 4:18 But I have all, and abound: I am full, having received of Epaphroditus the things which were sent from you, an odour of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, wellpleasing to God.
We must act in accordance with our words in order to genuinely worship God; it is not enough to simply say it.
A variant of "worth-ship" is "worship." It is something we do to show how important we find something.
By what we gift to God, we demonstrate how highly we regard Him.
An expression of reverence is worship. In the Bible, it normally refers to bowing down. To worship is to greatly value, love, or respect.
True devotion, however, is never free. A sacrifice was made in the Old Testament, as were sovereignty when bowed down to, as well as one's dignity, image, time, etc., in order to show true worship.
A doubt of worship is, "Is God worth it?
You might not feel that God is very valuable to you if you don't understand Him very much or if you've been misinformed about His essence and character.
However, once you get to know Him, you see how much more treasured and valuable He is than anything else.
PHILIPPIANS 3:8 Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,
How much do you value God?
God is an individual. He is fantastic in every aspect, beyond words. The highest honor is to know Him and walk in His love.
God's love and favor cannot be purchased because He freely gave it to us. But we ought to remember to give His great love a response that is honorable to Him.
SAY THIS: I will worship God with all of my possessions, including my money.
