1 CORINTHIANS 13:9 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.
Paul, an apostle who wrote the majority of the New Testament after being taken to Heaven and offered divine insight, claimed to just have a partial understanding of what he had been told.
Even he just had a partial understanding, how much more could be real for us.
We have an issue where a lot of people believe they have more knowledge than they actually do. You will not become a Bible specialist simply because you have studied the Bible. You don't suppose to know everything simply because you get a degree from a Bible academy.
Knowing the Bible not only requires academic research, but also requires divine enlightenment. Knowledge is a gift from God.
We must be intelligent to acknowledge, like apostle Paul, that we are not experts in everything.
Even God admitted the existence of certain secrets.
DEUTERONOMY 29:29 The secret things belong unto the Lord our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.
God also says there are matters in His Word we won't see unless we look carefully and put effort into it, just as if we were looking for silver. (Proverbs 2:1-7).
So, we must all keep our humility. Wisdom is always accompanied by humility. Not anyone of us has a full understanding of everything in the Bible.
1 CONSTANTINE 13:12 For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
We won't have a complete understanding of things until we walk with God. We will just be partially aware till then.
We should and can study more right now. But we should always keep in mind that nobody will ever know everything in this life.
SAY THIS: I don't yet have all the knowledge.
